Shipping and Returns

How long does shipping take?

Y2Kottage orders will take approximately 5-7 business days to ship. We are just as excited as you are to receive your new pieces and will strive to get them out ASAP.

How much is shipping?

If its free = its for me! All economy orders are FREE shipping. Our standard shipping of 3-4 business days is $4.00 USD. Our express shipping of 1-2 days is $8.00 USD. 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns up to a 30 day period from your purchase. In order to process a refund, the order must come back in it's original unused condition, with no damages. *Please file a claim  to y2kottage@gmail.com with imagery if order comes damaged* 

We offer store credit, or returns to the original card. 

Final sale items are not eligible for refund. 

We are unable to offer free shipping on returns. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee at the carrier's rate.

Y2Kottage is a fully online retail store. We ship out of New Jersey.
